Proper Care Instructions
How To Keep Your TUC Sets Looking Their Best
All TUC sets are made with a high quality 18/10 Stainless Steel. Even though this grade of stainless steel is resistant to rust and staining, improper care will cause rust to form and stains will appear with misuse.
Note: A plastic scourer with a baking soda paste (a little water and soda) rubbed over the rust spot and then further rubbed by a paper towel should remove the rust spot.
We only recommend using mild detergent soap and warm water to clean your TUC sets.
Harsh chemicals and other abrasive cleaners WILL harm the finish.
Even though your new TUC sets are dishwasher safe, we highly recommend hand-washing your new sets to keep them looking their best.
Wash with mild soap or detergent, then rinse in clean water and wipe dry with a soft microfiber cloth. Do not let cleaning solution dry on the surface of furnishings.
Never Use abrasive cleaners, brushes, or steel wool to clean your new TUC sets.
Each set is hand coated with a superior powder coating color. Powder coating is the longest lasting, and most color-durable quality finishes available. Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing IF cared for properly.
Powder coating isn't bullet proof or completely impervious to damage. Much like the paint on your car, powder coating should be maintained to ensure the longest lasting finish possible.
